Provide Lead Lease Operator support for Production Foremen and Lease Operators.
Detailed Description
Supervise operation of Newfield's production facilities including:
oGauging tanks
oSelling crude oil
oDocumenting well data in laptop computers
Assist with all aspects of the production operation including, but not limited to:
oDocumenting the material transfer of controllable equipment
oWorkover rig supervision
oCoordinating well hot oiling
Provide repairs, maintenance, and diagnosis of Newfield's production equipment including:
oPumping units
oDownhole pumps
oTreaters
oLine heaters
oDehydration units
Train and assist Lease Operators as needed
Documenting the material transfer of controllable equipment
Ensure that Newfield's contractors, vendors, and employees comply with Newfield's Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures
Assist Production Foremen as needed
Job Requirements
Working knowledge of natural gas engines, pumping units, and production equipment
Minimum of 3 years of oilfield experience
Proven record of working independently, under little direct supervision
Successful candidate must have good communication skills and demonstrate a strong desire to apply innovative ideas in the field and have strong leadership skills
Additional Details
Must have a high school degree or GED equivalent
Must be able to lift between 25-75 pounds
Daily interactions with Lease Operators, Production Foremen, Water Services Foremen, Gas Services Foremen, Construction Foreman, Mechanics, and chemical team
Reports to Production Foreman
5 on 2 off schedule, rotational weekend schedule
Will be required to work outside year round in all weather conditions
Wage Negotiable; Depending upon Experience
